This opportunity offers you the chance to gain in depth knowledge of end-to-end Financial Operations and own specific scope of Legal Entity analysis, while contributing to our strategic financial reporting initiatives
You’ll join the Group Reporting Production team within Global Finance Operations & Transformation (GFO&T) - the division responsible for the accounting and reporting of accurate and consistent financial information for Swiss Re for external reporting and internal analysis facilitating strategic decision-making.Your direct contribution will be ensuring the accuracy of our financial data for a set of complex Legal Entities. Your analytical skills and accounting knowledge will play an important part in delivering reliable information across our financial reporting value chain. Being self-driven and curious is what we count on – this role requires collaboration with many stakeholders across Global Finance division and proactive challenging of how we do things
Key Responsibilities
Our team ensures the completeness and accuracy of Group IFRS data. We carry out detailed checks at both workstream and Legal Entity level, enabling central status readiness for reporting deadlines. Being responsible for complete data flow as well as accurate Legal Entities view across the Group, gives us the chance to work closely with many teams across Group Finance and to see the full end-to-end process of producing financial information for external reporting
