this is a long term contract opportunity to join our Switzerland based client in the Financial Services sector

Your tasks:

• Own, develop, maintain, and refine the detailed financial close calendar
• Act as the operational lead during the close window, tracking progress against the plan
• Conduct post-close reviews to analyse performance and propose improvements
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, & Actuaries
• Ensure the close process controls are operated in a robust manner and compliant to governance standards

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven operations expertise in a complex environment involving IT and financial closing
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Higher education in a related field
• Language skills: English – fluent
• Your soft skills:
• Highly proactive with strong organisational discipline
• Calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
