WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical depth, an international environment, and a high degree of autonomy? Then you-ve come to the right place. As an Air Defense Systems Engineer, you will support our customers on-site in the country of deployment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Technical support at the customer-s site
• Performing maintenance and repair work on the air defense system
• Fault analysis and repairs directly on-site in collaboration with the customer
• Training and support for operating personnel on technical matters
• Close collaboration with the headquarters in Switzerland-particularly regarding reporting customer needs, system observations, and optimization suggestions
• Documentation of technical work and entry into the central support system
• Use of modern technologies such as augmented reality and virtual reality for remote support and diagnostics

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed technical vocational training as a mechanic or electronics technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Several years- professional experience in a technical field is an advantage
• Ideally, military experience in the field of air defence, e.g. as a gunner or radar specialist (m/f/d)
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to work independently in an international environment
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a high level of commitment for long-term assignments abroad
• Category B driving licence
• Very good written and spoken English
