Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Field IT Technician to provide on-site support for end-user devices and infrastructure across multiple locations. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills in Swiss German and English, and the flexibility to support VIP users with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals (Windows environment).
Requirements
Travel Requirement: Regular travel to customer and internal sites
Education & Certification- Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred).
Technical Skills- Proven experience with Windows operating systems and end-user computing.
Soft Skills- Strong communication skills in Swiss German (native/near-native) and English (fluent).
