Director Event Services

• blockJoin FIFA's Event Operations team as the Director of Event Services, where you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of world-class event services across various domains, including accommodation, travel, logistics, transport, and guest operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations
• Oversee the following key areas of Event Operations
• block: Develop and implement strategic plans for event services, continuously assessing and enhancing operational models to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• block: Plan and execute large-scale event projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards
• block: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, local authorities, third-party partners, and FIFA stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery
• block: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution and alignment with broader goals
• block: Integrate industry trends and best practices into operational plans, proactively managing risks and overcoming challenges to deliver exceptional results
