• We are looking for an experienced Customer support Engineer (Java) with software and system engineering skills!
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the reliability of our software while working in a dynamic environment, driven by customers' requirements
• Our teams work with agile development methodologies and use the latest technology

Your tasks

• Working on numerous Java Spring applications running on many hosts on multiple environments
• Working with customers on new requirements and change requests
• Incident response to diagnose and address customer concerns
• Continuous Improvement of the architecture, build, deployment- and monitoring process
• Migration of all services into cloud-enabled services
• Providing knowledge transfer to the 1st level support team for operational topics

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience in the development and deployment of applications (Java, Spring, Linux)
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
• DevOps engineering skills (deployments, release management, operations) and experience with relational databases and SQL
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software engineering or relevant field
