What you’ll do:

• As a Customer Services Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey. You will:
• Own customer requests end-to-end, from policy reinstatements to surrender requests
• Connect with customers, gathering information, offering updates, and providing a genuinely supportive experience
• Maintain accurate records by updating key details in our systems with precision
• Investigate customer requests, collaborating with colleagues to reach the best possible outcome quickly
• Stay compliant with all company and regulatory guidelines
• Grow your skills by joining regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing opportunities
• Experienced in customer service within the insurance/financial services industry — industry-specific experience is essential for this role
• Warm, approachable, and a natural communicator who enjoys helping people
• Someone who values accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
• A supportive team player who can also manage tasks independently
• Experienced in customer service — and if you have industry experience, even better!
