We are searching for a for our location in Glattpark Zürich. In this position, you will work closely with the Executive Board Team to drive strategic initiatives, support corporate development activities and ensure the successful execution of the company's strategic agenda. This role requires a strong strategic thinker with exceptional analytical capabilities, strong business acumen and the ability to manage complex topics in a dynamic, international environment

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate strategy-critical, group-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects that support the company's long-term objectives
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner to Executive Management on strategic, tactical and organizational topics
• Drive development, execution and continuous monitoring of the corporate strategy and business plans
• Support M&A transactions, including strategic analysis, due diligence and integration planning
• Prepare high-quality presentations and decision documents for Executive Management and the Board of Directors
• Monitor market developments, competitive dynamics and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders across functions to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives and change programs
• Track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations

Your profile

• 3+ years’ experience in a management consulting firm is a must have
• Proven experience leading complex projects
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with excellent business and financial acumen
• Strong ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex topics and interdependencies
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills with senior leadership
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: corporate strategy, transformation or MA
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on and execution-focused mindset
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Results-oriented, resilient and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion
