Provide advisory services to business on compliance related matters and offer practical solution
Provide support to the communication and delivery of regulatory requirements, group policies and procedures
Support the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and trainings
Handle and manage the regulatory and audit inquiries
Support the compliance risk assessment activities
Prepare regular compliance reports for management review
Maintain and enhance the compliance filing system
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience in insurance or financial services industry
Sound knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements on AML & CTF, AEOI, ABC and personal data privacy
Good report writing and presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of reading, written and spoken English, Chinese & Cantonese
Experience in using data analytic tools like Power BI, Power Automate, etc
