Compliance Control- Front Office Support vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector

Your tasks:

• related to Suitability, Fraud, and Cross-border compliance topics
• Execute daily and periodic controls
• identified issues, and any remediation actions in line with internal policies
• Document control results
• Support the implementation of new or updated key controls
• in remediating identified deficiencies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist Front Office staff
• to maintain oversight and ensure timely reporting
• Collaborate with the Monitoring & Control Execution team
• in Front Office, Risk Management, or Compliance within a financial institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• including Suitability, Fraud, and Cross-border compliance
• Working knowledge of key regulatory topics
• particularly Excel (for tracking/reporting) and PowerPoint (for documentation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• with the ability to meet deadlines and follow structured processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Language skills: English

• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
