Follow up, verify and settle claims from our customers in claim communication database (e.g. JIRA).
Maintain claim data in our ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA)
Cooperate and communicate with relevant WinGD departments
Give continuous support towards our local and global Purchasers and Parts Order Coordinators
Review and verify technical specifications and requirements
Report regularly our global claim settlement cost and claim status
Report claim status in cooperation with other Claim Handlers in Korea and China
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in purchasing or claim handling.
To understand technical and commercial specifications and drawings in English.
Logistic knowledge for global transport, import and export
Good skills for MSO such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Being familiar and ready to work with our ERP system SAP S/4 HANA
High level of commitment, pro-active and self-driven personality.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees with different cultural background.
Efficient & cost-optimization oriented mindset with good negotiation skills
