In our Global Product Group – Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS), we are continuously evolving our offerings to deliver the full value of our technology and innovation. Our mission is to support global customers in meeting their energy needs while enhancing efficiency, conserving resources, and reducing emissions through effective and scalable business models.
As a key member of the GPQSS team, you will lead business development efforts across our Offshore Wind portfolio, expanding beyond current focus areas. Your role will be instrumental in deploying advanced business models and innovative solutions tailored to the dynamic offshore market.
How you make an impact
Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; several years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, or customer solutions—ideally in energy, industrial, or tech sectors.
Proven success in go-to-market strategy development and execution, with a strong ability to build lasting customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and seniority levels; adept at navigating complex matrix organizations and fostering cross-functional teamwork.
IStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach; experienced in creating innovative business models and partnership frameworks.
Proficient in CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce and Power BI; fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity; committed to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
