The opportunity
As a key member of the GPQSS team, you will lead business development efforts across our entire portfolio by designing and deploying innovative business models—including but not limited to Financing, As-a-Service offerings, project co-investment, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for crafting compelling value propositions and business case scenarios for review, approval, and deployment. By expanding on our current models, you will use innovation as a catalyst to reach new and existing customers, with the goal of increasing market penetration and delivering long-term value.
How you make an impact
Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; 8+ years in business development, strategic marketing, or commercial innovation—preferably in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Proven ability to design and implement innovative business models and partnership frameworks.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to build compelling business cases and value propositions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement across cultures and seniority levels; skilled in navigating complex matrix organizations and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with financial modeling and contract structuring; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity; committed to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
