      Project & Delivery Support

      • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing implementation activities across all regions
      • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary

      Requirements & Solution Design

      • Gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements
      • Translate business needs into clear documentation (models, diagrams, presentations, specifications)
      • Provide expertise in Wealth Management processes and platform capabilities
      • Support solution design and system integration with existing platforms

      Testing & Quality Assurance

      • Coordinate test planning, execution, and defect resolution
      • Ensure platform stability, quality, and regulatory compliance

      Stakeholder & Vendor Management

      • Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and business units
      • Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication
      • Coordinate vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with validated requirements

      Regulatory & Compliance

      • Ensure implementation complies with local regulatory requirements in Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the UK

      Documentation & Training

      • Maintain accurate project documentation (status reports, meeting minutes, technical specifications)
      • Prepare user training materials and guides
      • Support business users in updating workflows

      System Knowledge

      Mandatory

      • Avaloq Core Banking System

      Strong Advantage

      • Aladdin Wealth Platform
      • Proven track record in implementing Wealth Management platforms or similar financial systems
      • Experience implementing Aladdin Wealth in combination with Avaloq

      Regulatory Knowledge

      Mandatory

      • MiFID (Suitability & Appropriateness, Costs & Charges, Product Governance)

      Advantage

      • UK and Swiss regulatory requirements for investment services

      Other Skills & Competencies

      • Ability to analyze existing workflows and propose optimized solutions
      • Strong Project Management experience (PM certification is an advantage)
      • Expertise in conceptual modeling and solution design
      • Knowledge of Agile methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
      • Proven experience in designing and documenting requirements in Agile teams
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Independent, proactive, and high-quality work standards
      • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations with minimal guidance
      • Flexibility to handle multiple requirements efficiently

      Education & Experience

      • University degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, or equivalent
      • Relevant experience in Wealth Management platform implementation projects

      • 100% of business requirements documented, validated, and approved within agreed timelines
      • Documentation Quality:
      • All models, diagrams, and guides delivered with high clarity and usability for end-users
      • Testing Accuracy:
      • UAT coordination completed with <5% defect leakage post-go-live
      • Delivery Timeliness:
      • All assigned tasks completed according to project milestones and deadlines
      • Stakeholder Satisfaction:
      • Positive feedback from project team and business stakeholders (via surveys or reviews)
      • Compliance:
      • Full adherence to MiFID and applicable UK/Swiss regulations
      • Vendor Coordination:
      • Timely delivery of vendor outputs with zero critical delays attributable to the consultant
