• lplay a key role in supporting and improving our Private Clients applications and platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
• Taking ownership of user acceptance testing (UAT) by designing test cases, executing tests, and ensuring that new features and functionalities meet business requirements and quality standards
• Actively identifying and documenting bugs or issues during
• working with developers to resolve them
• Maintaining comprehensive feature documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams, and to support future development and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with other teams, such as UX, core banking, and CRM/CLM, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions
• Contributing innovative ideas to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and tackle challenges in a holistic
• with training internal teams and encouraging the adoption of tools and processes
• Keeping technical and user documentation up to date and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization

What are we looking for?

• We’re looking for someone who can bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the team, along with:
• years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the banking industry, ideally with a focus on E-Banking
• A solid understanding of client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development
• Experience in application testing, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case creation
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to create and

maintain

• clear, detailed feature documentation
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) and, ideally, experience with Avaloq AFP
• A passion for improving user
• high-quality standards
• Strong communication
• skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex ideas and explain them to different audiences
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with the Private Clients platform teams to achieve shared goals
• Fluency in both English and German (essential)
