      Automation Project Engineer 80-100%

      Your Responsibilities

      • Support the RFQ phase by proposing innovative technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and translating them into clear internal system requirements
      • Take technical ownership of system development and manufacturing, making key technical decisions in close collaboration with the engineering team
      • Lead system validation, customer acceptance (FAT/SAT), and commissioning activities, ensuring system performance and successful handover to the customer
      • Interface with suppliers and customers throughout the system lifecycle, managing technical issues, non-conformities, corrective actions, and providing after-sales support and customer training
      • Prepare and maintain technical documentation as a core element of project execution, traceability, and system handover
      • Support Project Managers or take on the Project Manager role, extending responsibility beyond execution to coordination, timelines, and cost control

      Your Profile

      • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering with Automation focus, or a comparable technical field
      • 5+ years of experience in the execution of industrial automation projects, with exposure to technical leadership or coordination roles
      • Proven hands-on experience in complex automation projects involving the integration of robots, handling systems, third-party modules, and interfaces with existing production environment
      • Practical experience with machine vision systems is required; deeper expertise is a strong plus
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
      • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an asset
      • Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–40%)
