Our client is a well-known brand in Zürich with a strong growth plan. In order to support their ongoing growth journey we are looking to hire a seasoned TA expert, available to join the team ASAP for at least 6-12 months.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad portfolio of corporate roles (eg. Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Operations, Communications, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
Conduct structured talent assessments and present concise recommendations to stakeholders.
Build and nurture strategic talent pipelines to address immediate and future hiring needs.
Represent the company across external networks and ensure a professional employer brand presence.
Effectively utilise modern TA tools to optimise processes, track pipeline health, and deliver accurate reporting.
Operate with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a multinational or fast-scaling environment.
Proven track record in recruiting across a variety of corporate functions. With relevant exposure/experience with Digital and Marketing recruitment
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and advise leaders.
Comfortable navigating high expectations, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced operational tempo.
Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to evaluating talent.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Hands-on, adaptable, and capable of operating independently within an evolving setup.
Ability to handle changing set-up and priorities as well as a lack of structure if needed
