We are looking for a well-organized and dynamic person to join our motivated project office team in Zurich
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing all project, license, and maintenance agreements (project portfolio management) from sending to filing and archiving (physically and electronically)
Handling budget and controlling tasks, monitoring deadlines and milestones
Optimizing order-to-cash processes
Responding to inquiries from clients and project managers regarding project budgets and invoices
Supporting project managers in contractual aspects of project administration
What we're looking for
Successfully completed vocational training as an accounting officer
Experience in project business is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, SAP S/4HANA
Very good language skills in German and English
Independent, responsible, and well-organized working style, initiative, and ability to plan ahead
Determination and strong communication skills
