nd manage a

• client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place
• managing the volume of
• and demand of the clients
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.)
• Use keen foresight in

accurate

• monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
• Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client
• and in the preparation of investment proposals
• Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts

Previous

• experience in a similar position within the banking industry
• Fluency in German and English and effective communication skills. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage
• team player
• and a strong interest
• Good understanding of financial products and markets
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office)
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working
