Our mission: We safely power your flight As a you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple customer accounts, execution of the relevant contractual obligations for maintenance services in Zurich, starting with the coordination for an engine induction slot until finishing of the shop visit and engine serviceability, and will be responsible to achieve the company’s revenue and P&L targets for the respective customer account in coordination with Product Management and Sales. You will be responsible for an appropriate communication towards the customer for any commercial, engine TAT, and parts exchange related topics occurring during an engine shop visit, and triggering internal and external escalation in case required. By doing so, the position holder will maintain, develop, and expand the customer relationship, the preparation and coordination of customer visits, be it on site in ZRH or at the customer’s facilities, being also part of the responsibilities Take P&L responsibility of assigned customer accounts, providing recommendations to the Head of Account Management, VP Commercial and Head of Business Unit Participate in contract handover meetings with Product Management and identify and analyze contractual risks and initiate mitigation actions accordingly Be the main point of contact for the customer, handle and process customer feedback, and organize and coordinate customer review meetings Lead kick-off meetings for a new engine shop visit, attended by the Ops Project Lead, Engineering, and Purchasing and provide accurate engine delivery information to the induction slot planning Organize and coordinate Table Inspection’s with the customer Communicate any commercial and TAT related topics during a shop visit and ensure OTD of an engine Offer to the customer part replacements and exchanges, and communicate on the financial aspects of such replacements/exchanges to the customer Initiate and coordinate Closing-the-Loop review meetings after engine shop visits have been performed and feedback back into the Organization Ensure profitability of the shop visit within the boundaries of the contractual clauses Issue Preliminary Invoice(s) based on shop visit price estimation and perform invoice review for Main/Final Invoice at the end of a shop visit Build and release accruals for any volume discounts/incentives, marketing/agency fee’s, TAT penalties, warranty risks, and potential invoice disputes Resolve and settle invoice disputes with customers Lead and support the cash collection process with involvement of Sales Your Profile Commercial or Technical degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of commercial or/and technical experience in the MRO industry Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer facing position in the MRO industry Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aerospace business Strong business acumen and contract understanding Strong communications, negotiations and intercultural awareness skills Fluency in English We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company. As a Manager Parts Repair Customer Services you will be accountable for leading the Parts Repair Customer Services team and oversee the commercial management of customers through the fulfilment of the relevant contractual obligations from parts induction to cash collection and will be responsible to achieve the company’s revenue targets for the assigned customers in close coordination with his/her superior. Your tasks Manage the daily operations of the Parts Repair Customer Services team, including resource distribution, vacation planning & deputizing, assist with new account allocation, escalation of operational topics, customer disputes etc. Lead the Weekly Operations Meetings with Shop CoE / Workcenters to provide information on status of repair orders in shop. Communicate information to Parts Repair Customer Services team and ensure timely and frequent communication to customers Promote a “customer centric” attitude within the Parts Repair team in all dealings with customers and internal stakeholders, with solution-oriented approach to problem solving Solve necessary escalation issues and provide recommendations to the head of business unit if required Develop, improve, and revise account management processes as necessary and in accordance with the SR Technics strategies Promote continuous improvement and efficiency within team, lead initiatives to identify waste/costs/efforts within the team or processes and make the necessary changes Promote information sharing attitude within the team, towards customers and internal stakeholders Monitor the KPI’s for the team and implement necessary actions for improvement Develop and coach team in commercial aspects of the role Manage the repair orders to fulfil the contractual obligation in accordance with the existing processes (i.e 3rd party business, customer feedback, teardown process) Organize customer visits (incl. eg business review meetings, negotiations for upcoming orders, clarification of contractual amendments). Your Profile Leadership and analytical skills, ability to lead with a solution-based approach Excellent communication & presentation skills University bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business administration with strong understanding of financial and commercial aspects Technical knowledge of engine parts repair and overhaul processes and technology incl. strong knowledge of costing and pricing methodologies, and logistics within the Engine Parts repair Services business field Core competencies in business economics, commercial affairs and financial modelling or supply chain management Significant (3 + years) experience in customer related and leadership positions in the MRO Aviation Industry if possible Seeks opportunities for continuous learning and self-development Strong commercial background with strong communication and presentation skills Able to work under pressure, flexible, creative thinking and innovative. Our mission: We safely power your flight. As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for Robotics (Machining) as well as the associated core and supporting processes. You will lead industrialization of processes and equipment in close collaboration with Shop Floor Operations. The role collaborates integrally with our Operations, Project Engineering, Tool and Equipment Engineering, Shop Engineering, Machine Maintenance, and external vendors. Your tasks Provide in-depth expertise in robotics in area of machining, scanning, 3D printing, tool design, CAD/CAM and other advanced technologies Developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing repair processes while strictly adhering to the quality and compliance requirements of OEMs, customers, as well as internal guidelines and current technical standards Systematic analysis and interpretation of production drawings and OEM procedures to ensure seamless process compliance and fulfillment of all specified requirements Lead the industrialization projects as well as defining and implementing necessary corrective actions. You will assist in the industrialization of new repairs as well as the development of existing repair processes Applying modern methods and tools such as Kaizen events, SPC, FPY, OEE, and other lean, safety, and quality methods to continuously improve within your area of responsibility Supporting root cause analyses and coordinating subsequent engineering measures for fast and targeted problem resolution Close collaboration with the departments of Operations, Repair Technology, Tool Technology, and Workshop Technology to ensure smooth workflows and sustainable process improvements Defining and certifying equivalent alternative consumables and processes to sustainably ensure efficiency and quality Conducting coaching and training sessions to familiarize colleagues in the assigned areas with top-level programming and process standards Your Profile Solid hands-on experience operating and programming ABB industrial robots, including the use of supporting offline technologies for CAD/CAM and Robotic Studio Proven expertise in programming 6-axis robotic systems and using offline simulation tools (e.g., ABB, FANUC) and CNC-controlled machinery Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) segment of the aerospace industry Proactive and team-oriented personality with a high level of initiative and a strong implementation mindset with strong awareness of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance Experience in project management and in applying lean and quality methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, FMEA, 5S) Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in robotics and/or CNC programming Fluent in English (Level C1), German (Level B1) is an advantage Scientific/Technical degree MSc or BSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in similar industries We offer We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
