Kugelstrahlen, Reinigen, Maskieren, Entfetten) Durchführung von Oberflächenbehandlungen (z.B. Thermisches Spritzen, Lackieren, Beschichten, Galvanisieren) Mechanische Nacharbeit wie Schleifen, Blending, Oberflächenangleichung Selbstständige Qualitätskontrolle der behandelten Bauteile Führen/Überwachen der Anlagen und Prozessparameter Dokumentation der Arbeits- und Prüfschritte Einhaltung von Sicherheits‑, Qualitäts‑ und Chemikalienvorschriften sowie 5S Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre (z. B.
