      • We are excited to offer an experienced Project Implementation Manager an opportunity to join our Contract Operations team. This role is critical in deploying and managing our innovative contract lifecycle management tool. By joining our team, you will collaborate with top-tier professionals and contribute directly to projects that influence global ePayment solutions

      Your tasks:

      • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the contract lifecycle management tool
      • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and functionality of the system
      • Manage ongoing maintenance and updates to the system
      • Train and guide team members on the effective use of the system
      • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
      • Report directly to the Head of Contract Operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards

      Your profile:

      • Formal education in Project Management or related fields
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and system implementation, preferably in a multinational environment
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Basic legal knowledge or a strong willingness to acquire necessary legal expertise related to contract management
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; German language skills are a significant plus
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      • Proven problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
      • Willingness to support and travel for business needs
