      Do you want to work in a highly exciting and varied environment with proximity to SWISS cabin management? From February 01, 2025 until January 31, 2026 we are looking for a new member of our Cabin Management Office (without flying part) due to maternity leave.

      In this position, you support the Cabin Management team primarily with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations through strong organizational and coordination skills. Knowledge of flight operations, HR, and commercial areas is beneficial.

      • Close collaboration with Line Management, Cabin Operations Office and all relevant interfaces
      • Supporting the Line Manager and Team Leader in all administrative matters
      • Clarification of operational requests from cabin crew members
      • Scheduling of appointments (e.g. health care, probationary period, position determination and management meetings, etc.)
      • Support in HR-related matters (e.g. re-entry after maternity leave)
      • Maintenance and control of various lists and processes
      • Management of expense reports
      • Coordination of the Cabin Crew Management presence at LAT
      • Maintaining internal lists
      • Order office supplies & internal orders
      • Organization of various events and activities
      • Various administrative tasks

      • Completed vocational training or Matura
      • Commercial and/or HR background (or similar)
      • Very good MS-Office skills
      • Experience as cabin crew member is an advantage
      • Customer orientation and social competence
      • Ability to communicate and work in a team
      • Loyalty, integrity and discretion
      • Organizational and coordination skills, independent, precise and efficient way of working
      • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
      • Working days: ideally Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
