      • We are seeking an experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our contracts worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of legal expertise and operational skills, making a direct impact on our global contract management practices

      Your tasks:

      • Oversee and manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting through execution to renewal or termination
      • Provide expert guidance and support on contractual matters to all global subsidiaries
      • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business goals and risk management strategies
      • Facilitate and negotiate contract terms with customers and suppliers
      • Conduct regular contract reviews and updates to reflect changes in laws or business operations
      • Support digital and remote management of contracts to ensure seamless global operations
      • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders and support contract negotiations
      • Law degree from a recognized institution
      • 6-10 years of experience in contract management or a related field
      • Experience with a contract lifecycle management tool is highly desirable
      • Excellent command of the English language; German language skills are a significant plus
      • Strong understanding of international contract law and business practices
      • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
      • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Willingness to support and travel for business needs
