Be responsible for the account management of distribution partners of Life Business in Hong Kong
Grow the Life Business by widening the local distribution through prospecting new IFAs and brokers
Manage assigned accounts and generate sales growth to achieve sales target
Build and maintain good relationships with IFAs and brokers
Closely work with Distribution Support team and Underwriting team on handling NB/complicated cases
Support the logistics of bespoke campaigns and coordinate the broker events
Prepare and deliver presentation / training to IFAs and brokers to support business growth
Bachelor degree holder with relevant sales & distribution experience in insurance / financial services industry
We may offer Candidate the capacity of Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, subject to their relevant experience
Experience in IFA Channel and/or distribution management in insurance industry is preferable
Ambitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connection with distribution channel
Good understanding of financial and investment market
Good knowledge of traditional Life insurance products, as well as ILAS
Basic knowledge of underwriting principles
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
